Women’s Only Texas License to Carry a Handgun Course (In-Person Class + Range Qualification)

Description

This course is a Women’s Only In-Person Class AND the Shooting Proficiency Qualification for the Texas License to Carry a Handgun. In this class, we cover additional details specific to women who carry handguns.

We offer this class in two different formats: a Same Day Qualification (SDQ) and a Different Day Qualification (DDQ). For SDQ classes, at the end of the in-class portion we will transition to the range (Copperhead Creek Shooting Club in Marble Falls, about 45 minutes from the classroom) and do the Qualification portion of the class. For DDQ classes, please sign up for any of our Range Qualifications using the discount code “QUALIFY” so you will not be charged for the qualification.

The In-Person class will be Women Only. Please be aware that the shooting proficiency may consist of mixed genders.

You will be required to shoot 50 rounds of ammunition of a caliber of your choice to pass this qualification. We will NOT be providing this ammunition or firearm. If you need rentals or to purchase ammunition, please be sure to contact us in advance of the class to arrange this.
